I've eaten a predominately paleo diet for nearly four years and have never felt better. I didn't do it for weight loss or allergies, but more so because the primary foods I love center around veggies and proteins. Some unexpected benefits to me were my acid reflux cleared up and joint pain went away. My husbands blood…

I use leftover/old coffee in my protein shakes and also freeze into ice cubes for iced coffee.

Mostly veggies and occasionally some rice. I don't feel great when I eat too many sweet carbs.

I regularly meal prep on sundays (breakfast and lunches) for the week, as commuting, work, and grad school suck up most of my time. Usually breakfasts are a frittata or egg/veggie muffins that are easily transportable. I Grill a variety of chicken/turkey/beef and roast a ton of diffferent veggies and eat some combo of that…

We make fried rice with it and serve with coconut curry chicken. I saute the cauliflower rice with onions, red pepper, and pineapple, and sometimes add in avocado. So good! My husband was not a cauliflower fan until I made this!

I love the Almond Coconut flavor.

Califia Farms is great and there's also some new ones on the market called Nut Pods (the brand escapes me) that are a blend of almond and coconut milk. Those are my favorite right now (have tried original and hazelnut flavors so far).

Luna and Larry's Coconut Bliss is amazing. I recommend the salted caramel and chocolate. They have about 5 different flavors at my local grocery.

I add a can of tuna to mixed greens, then throw on some roasted red pepper, kalmata olives, goat cheese, and some sweet peppers. A little garlic lemon dressing and a great salad is done!

I had a B12 deficiency years ago that was caused from reflux meds. My primary care doc referred me to a hemotologist who was able to identify the cause. I changed my diet (dairy and grains were found to be my reflux triggers) and no more reflux meds needed and B12 levels normalized. Good luck to you.

Venti Americano with steamed coconut milk.

I like Siggis yogurt and Dreaming Cow brands. Minimal ingredients and not very sweet (which is my preference). Delicious with some pecans and a few berries mixed in.

Leftover fajita chicken and veggies on top of mixed greens with some avocado.

I agree with the suggestions for good quality coffee beans! Also, there are some homemade creamer recipes online that may be more to your liking. I also use coconut milk and a splash of vanilla extract if I'm looking for something sweeter. Good luck!

Coffee and La Croix sparkling water. Lots of flavor varieties!

I love Perfect Bars (I find in the refrigerated deli section at Costco). Really nutrient dense ingredients, not a lot of fillers and just taste good. I use as a meal replacement when I'm stuck in meetings or in the car.
-
I love Tessemae's dressing, usually in the produce section. Really simple ingredients and a little goes a long way.
-
I love a sweet potato and sausage hash. Diced sweet potatoes, diced green and red bell peppers, diced onion and some ground sausage. So easy and filling. I ate some this morning with a side of avocado. Delish!

I love to add canned pumpkin purée and some cinnamon, plus some raw walnuts or almonds for crunch. Great fall breakfast!

Kale, cucumber, spinach, green apple, 1/3 of a frozen banana and some cashew milk.

My mom was losing hair and her iron levels were found to be extremely low. After her levels increased, the hair loss resolved. Maybe some bloodwork would be useful.

I love to roast a bunch of veggies (Brussels sprouts, squash, carrots, etc) and throw those into a salad. Add some chicken and goat cheese and it's a great nutrient dense meal.

Since fall is here, I love a good autumn salad with mixed greens, roasted chicken, roasted butternut squash, pomegranate seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds and homemade basalmic. So good!

We often add fresh salsa to the sautéed ground beef in lieu of spices and it has great flavor!

We make egg muffins every week. Sautéed ground beef, onion, and spinach are the ingredients we like. Put these cooked ingredients in the muffin pan then add egg. We also have begun using silicon muffin pans which work so much better than metal, easier cleanup too. We freeze a double batch and they hold up well. Great with…

Just need to find what works for you. I can eat 1500 calories with lots of carbs and feel like crap and not lose a pound and eat 1500 calories without carbs and the weight comes off easily.

I find precut peeled butternut squash at Costco that is a huge time saver. Usually in their refrigerated produce room this time of year.
-
Both frozen kale that I thaw and/or fresh from the produce section.

I love smoothies, not just for the convenience they offer with a 4 AM alarm and a 2 hour commute, but I can pack a lot of nutrition into my drinks (green veggies, flax, wheatgrass, etc) into one meal. Never known anyone to just eat these every meal, but it's absolutely a lifestyle choice I suspect.

I always eat raw kale (salads, smoothies, etc and never had an issue so suspect you would be fine..
