I would talk to a counselor or your regular doctor about this. It sounds like you do have disordered eating. If you binge and then stave, over exercise, and obsess about calories thats definitely a warning sign. (I've had disordered eating/eating disorder for 10 years) I would recommend to talk to someone before it gets…

Hey feel free to message me if you want some friendly advice :) I hate posting on the discussion boards.

Try to measure out what you eat and then find similar options in the data base and log it. Or have a free for all cheat day lol

Would it help to leave your money at home? Or only bring enough for your breakfast/lunch so that by the time you get off you don't have any money left. Leave your debit card at home?

People telling her she's lucky to have a bf to work out with her... are you stupid? She has talked with him about how it is negatively affecting her workout and asked him to please let her have her alone time and he refuses to respect her? How is it lucky to have a bf that doesn't respect you? It sounds like he wants to…

Granola/protein bars, pretzels, jerky, dried fruit, nuts, fruit, pb&j, could bring a cooler to have some fruits/veggies the first couple of days... canned food? will you be able to cook?

If it fits in your macros than go for it. Its organic and natural its not processed and fat is needed to function properly (brain/heart etc) I personally will never give up cream or lattes lol.

I am personally attracted to people that are taller than me. I have dated guys who were the same height but I would rather have them be taller because I always have felt "bigger" than everyone, and it doesn't feel good to me to feel larger than my partner.

beans? avocados? eggs? sandwich? What do you have around your house? You should try eating breakfast and less chips.

Sometimes you won't lose anything in a week, just keep working hard and remember its about being healthy and fit! You got this :)

Salt/Pepper... Garlic.. or just have some butter its not going to magically make you gain weight. Make it fit in your macros!

If you do not like eggs, do not force yourself to eat eggs. There are other ways to get protein.

It will re-adjust them later in the day, It thinks that you are going to walk a ton more than you really are going to.

I would say it would be a better idea to use it before/after because you may irritated other people at the Gym. And like a previous poster said, did you used to smoke IN the gym? No. Also check with the rules of your gym first I know some places do not allow e-cigs inside.

I hate low rise jeans like that. You should get some mid rise jeans they will be a lot more flattering. And its not that your body is bad or anything its that those jeans are made for like tiny baby midgets or something seriously LOL

I am a pescetarian but eat mostly vegan/vegetarian meals :)

I haven't ever used that before, but generally it takes a few months for your hormones to settle when you start a new birth control. I would give it 3 months, or ask your doctor for a more accurate answer. 3 lbs is not a lot to worry about and it could be water weight as well and due to you being hurt for a few weeks.

My gym doesn't allow children. I would ask the staff about their policy about children working out. Also if they are just sitting around at the machine, I am sure if you asked to use it they would move. If its a nice gym and clean, don't let the children put you off unless you REALLY HATE KIDS and can't stand it :P

Hey, you should add me! I am also 23 years old and 195, wanting to get down to 130ish. We can help keep each other accountable :)

Thats funny because they recommend having a glass of red wine for your heart and say one a day is okay, so that would be 7 drinks a week... so if you have one extra one you are no a heavy drinker? I think it all depends on how you use alcohol if you are using it as an escape and its effecting your life/relationships then…

Because of the sodium. I am sure its better than eating mcdonalds but its not as good as if you made something home made.

I have a fitbit one, They are motivating and they are nice to see how many calories you burn just walking around throughout the day. You can also "compete" with other fitbit users to get the highest steps.

Change your settings to lose 1 lb a week, most likely you have set it to 2 lbs a week and that always usually makes the goal 1200 calories. You also are supposed to eat back your exercise calories.... And make sure you have your activity level set correctly as well. You can also try using the TDEE method instead.

Eat Protein/carbs for breakfast. Eat more food. Eat more veggies/fruits and nutrient dense foods like beans, nuts, eggs, avocados, kale, etc... You are eating a pretty low number of calories too for how much you run. You shouldn't NET under 1200 calories. Measure/weigh your food for accurate counts. Avoid processed…
