  • I eat steel cut oats for breakfast every morning. I usually add cinnamon, splenda, and a half cup of pumpkin. I warm it in the microwave and it's so yummy and fills me up. I also have a half cup of plain greek yogurt to get some protein in, too!
  • I got my W6D1 done during work today!! 40, 50, 25, 25, max of 50 Woo hoo!! Happy to have that done, however, I think I have a pulled ab muscle. It started hurting on Saturday morning and today's push ups totally aggravated it. I have a cold, so when I sneeze it sends a shooting pain to the right side of my abdomen!!! I'm…

  • That's a great transformation! Way to go!
  • Am I reading this right? At the end of week 5 we do another exhaustion test and if we don't get to 45, then we have to do week 5 again? When I looked at week 6, if I maxed out at 45, then I don't technically make it even to column 1...hmmm? I hope I can get over 45 on the exhaustion test, so I can get to week 6!!

  • Today is another day of 8 sets. I do like the 8 sets, because there are less to do per set and I feel that I can do them quicker than 3 weeks ago! Going to give it a go later today...can you believe we're almost to week 6?!

  • My PB for a 5k was 23:39, set at the 2011 Turkey Trot I did. When I first started running, June of 2009 my 1st official 5k was 30:35. Over the last 2.5 years I have taken 7 minutes off my time and dropped like 35 lbs!! Woo Hoo!!
  • I did get it done on we'd, but forgot to post...18, 18, 20, 20, 14, 14, 16 and max of 40...way more manageable than column 3!!!

  • I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 137. I started on MFP at about 155. My lowest weight has been 135. I thought my ideal/goal weight would be 130, but my body is telling me otherwise. I really think I'm at my ideal weight right now and I'm working on maintaining and building more muscle and lowering my BF%. Best of luck. I truly…
  • I did the 2 levels together before Christmas and I was sweating buckets! Of course, the heat was turned up a little higher than needed to be. I did level 1 four times last week and I plan on doing it again 4 times this week. Next week, I'm going to do level 2 for our challenge :)

  • I got mine in, again, barely...29, 33, 29, 29, 40 ( max barely) = 160 push ups! I might need to move to column 2 to make it throughout these last two weeks. Exhaustion Test on Sunday :)

  • I ran the GR half marathon this past Oct. The race director and all his helpers put together an incredible race. I was so emotional throughout the race because I felt so good and I was accomplishing such a milestone for myself. At the end of the race, the race director shakes everyone's hand, and that was amazing to me.…
  • I'm 5'8 and started on here at about 155. Now I'm down to 137 and loving it. I'm focused now on building muscle and toning. I don't think my body will allow me to go much lower, my lowest weight was 135, but I couldn't maintain that.137 seems to be my magic number. Listen to your body and you will figure it out...best of…
  • Finished it barely!! 25,29, 25,25, max 36!!! I'm not sure if I did an extra set of 25 in there or not, I lost track of where I was! Today was pretty tough.
