My swimming definitely needs work... I am taking a class in a couple weeks to learn a couple different strokes so I don't wreck my shoulder cause I do have problems with the one shoulder if I over do it

Well I have completed hip hop abs and cize and I thought those were both too easy near the end. And insanity is just sitting there staring at me lol so maybe I'll pop that in and try it

My trainer costs $55/hr (in Canada) I go see her once a week at her own home private gym... she gives great advice and almost kills me each time. To me the money is worth it cause on Fridays I will think "crap I only have 5 days till i go see her again... i need to improve more" So it pushes me harder at home as well.
