I've been in a bit of a slump lately and lacking motivation so thought I would finally share a progress pic! (Since I can actually take one now! 
) so about a year ago I moved and my eating habits and lifestyle changed... I started to lose weight! Now I'm in the process of going to the gym and really planning meals so I can get another 30 pounds gone! At my heaviest I was around 220 and now I am currently at 180! Ideally I would like to be at 150 so that's my slow goal!

Congrats. When you carry it well there is less incentive to lose, but you are doing so much good for your body with less weight. Good for you! Stay strong.0

Glad you think I carry it well! Lol thanks! Over the last 7 yrs it was always about wanting to look good and gain confidence but the confidence kinda came with age and now it's about being fit and doing things with my body that I thought I could never do because I was so out of shape! Now I'm doing it because I want to be fit I don't care what everyone else thinks about how I look so much anymore 4 -
