Thank you :) I will definitely try to add more healthy fats. I drink a ton of water (even though i don't track it as accurately) because what causes me to gain the most weight was the snacking, so I try to fill up on that. I will def add a glass of almond milk to the mix.

Wish I'd known that...I drink unsweetened hot green tea allllll day every day. But I make sure I drink a bottle of water with every cup of tea. Sheesh.

I think it's mostly a personal decision to want to change. YOU have to want it. But encouragement and people noticing your efforts and progroess definitely help.

I'm new, by the way. But I am getting a little discouraged by my scale as well. I am dedicated to working out and eating well (although i need to be just as dedicated to filling out my daily stuff too, but hey, baby steps.) My clothes fit SOOO much better, but I haven't lost that much and I have been exercising everyday…
