This water challenge is a hard one for me. Its not that I dont like it. I just dont really drink much in general through out the day. Maybe I need to start getting some sugar free drink packets:) Good luck everyone.!

A sick 9 month old as well as myself in my house.:/ Its been a rough weekend so I didnt get my 30ds in. Looks like Ill be picking up day 4 tonight. This might be rough.!

Yes, its true. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less room than fat. Thats why you arent noticing in pounds, but you are noticing in your clothes because of inches lost.!

Do either of you do measurements.? Seeing a loss in inches will help make you feel better.=) at least that way you know its still coming off even if the scale doesnt show it.!

I had a sick teething baby last night so I didnt get to do day 2.=( Picking up day 2 this evening, but I definitly noticed some soreness last night. Must mean Im working something.LoL!

I did day 1 last night. It wasnt quite as bad as I expected, but it still took me pushing myself to do it all. I think my worst area as far as strength is my arms.
