I do Simply Shredded for 45mins - 1hour Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with 30mins cardio, on Wednesday & Saturday 60-75mins cardio. Sunday = Rest

Way to go, that is huge!! I too am working on speed and on the treadmill I am able to make myself happy, lets just hope it transfers outdoors, can't wait for running weather in the mornings. :)

I am 5'1" and when I started on my own Dec. 2012, I was 176. I just started using my fitness pal on Wednesday 4/2 so my starting weight 146.6, CW 144, GL 120'ish (depends on how I look & feel). I have already lost 2.6lbs in just tracking my intake, I am so excited. Please feel free to add me. :)

We have 4 kids 1 we are fostering until parental rights are terminated, and we can adopt! So that is 4 girls ages 14, 13, soon to be 12, and (newest) 3, our son is 8. We wouldn't have it any other way! :)
