    My heaviest at 225 in the black and white photo and my lightest 170.

    WOW! congrats on the weight loss and keeping it off! that is amazing!
    you and all of the people on here who lost weight and kept it off are a big inspiration!

    Did it change your self confidence? I know a good freind of mine says he knows i can do it if i want too... i just ahve to be very carefull what i eat etc. but not easy esp driving a big truck for a living with long long hours.
    and he tells me my self confidence will go thru the roof.

    Well I'm the same way i dont really realize im that big till i see a picture of myself looking freaking huge! and it depresses me :(
    and i know its a slow process but i need to try to not stress...and be myself and try to exerisize when i can, and try to cut off the carbs as much as i can.

    Hi everyone! I haven't posted on anything before, but this is so interesting and you all look amazing!
    The pictures on the left are in 2012 and when I was about 235 pounds (could be more) and the pictures on the right are me recently at about 180 pounds, I'm 5'11 so I'm planning on about another 15 pounds, these are so inspiring!
    I'm really hoping these work!
