    That was my wake up call. When I looked in the mirror I don't think I really looked. Then one day I was looking at pictures and was shocked to see how big I have gotten. Congratulations to you. You look great. It's an inspiration to those of us working on it now.

    Sorry I don't have my images hosted anywhere I can link to; my main profile picture is from last weekend (end of April 2014). The other picture in my profile is cut from my wedding picture in 2008; I was at that weight, plus or minus a bit, for the intervening period until I started working out a couple of years ago.

    Same thing I did. I saw a picture and couldn't believe it! It's weird looking in the mirror, constantly buying larger sizes didn't even make me think twice... It was seeing a picture that made me realize I HAD to make changes.
