The picture on the left is from September and 60 pounds ago. It's one of the pictures that made me realize that I need to lose weight NOW. The one on the right is from this weekend. I still have a long way to go, but it's nice to see some progress.

you and all of the people on here who lost weight and kept it off are a big inspiration!

Did it change your self confidence? I know a good freind of mine says he knows i can do it if i want too... i just ahve to be very carefull what i eat etc. but not easy esp driving a big truck for a living with long long hours.
and he tells me my self confidence will go thru the roof.

What your friend said is very true.
but once it starts coming off, its very encouraging and spurs you on to keep the success up.
I used to drive over a thousand miles a week, it was very challenging but in the end, careful planning made it very easy for the food part the exercise was very hard to fit in.
