    I know I posted some earlier but I think I've lost a bit more weight in the face since then, so did another comparison photo.

    I still have a way to go but I can definitely see a difference already.

    Oh gosh me too. Looking back at my older pics I just can't get over how big and puffy my face was!

    Left was at 208 back in July of 2012. Right is at 177 in February.

    I too hadn't realized how big I used to be or how much had changed until I went looking for pictures.

    Im only 1 month and 6 days into my journey and I allready see a difference! :flowerforyou: heres a side by side pic of me on day 1 after i woke up lol, and then when i got up this morning lol it may be a small change? But i thought it would be fun to put up a picture too
