I want to be in shape to feel great about myself. As a teenager, I don't want to constantly let my weight inhibit me from the things I want to do. This Halloween, I am gonna look so hot. My goal is to be looking foxy for my 16th in November but I wanna wear those cute (kinda slutty) outfits. Or just a tight black…

Good advice. I am going on one in August... Since I am GF that cuts out a ton of choices but I was planning on drinking on shore... Straight tequila for me I guess :D

As a EDNOS girl, I know what you mean. It is hard not only mentally but physically difficult for your body to learn to burn again. I vote eat as much as you feel comfortable and workout a healthy (not excessive) amount You are two steps ahead of me, and I wish you all the best <3

Hey gorgeous. I started at 218 and I literally never thought I would be below 200. Once I hit 200, my next mini goal was 181 which I thought was damn near impossible. The closer you get to your goals, you realize how possible what you think is impossible really is. My ultimate goal weight was originally 171, but now I am…

I believe in you! Breaking a weight barrier is awersome... too bad I can't seem to do it! haha

That sounds something we could all learn from! Good luck <3

Oooh! Sounds like me! I am gluten free and flexitarian so most processed foods and meat are already out! Sounds like a good plan.

I second all of these goals!! Haha, number 5 might be hard! Make sure you stay on track on vacation. It can be stressful and its fine to relax but don't loose your hard work just because you're somewhere new!
-
I love these goals! They seem very motivating but still realistic!! What exactly do you count as eating clean?
-
I made this huge shopping list and told myself I would get things at certain weights but I am such a cheapstake, I ended up not buying the things! Haha, if you aren't on a limited budget, I would reccommend pampering yourself a bit at each goal, progressively getting bigger. Start with something small but will make you…

Besides the carrots and peanut butter, we are twins! I love all things Trader Joe's but I am not a huge meat eater. I attempt to avoid peanut butter because I always end up binging. I will check out those bars! Thanks everyone:happy:

Greek yogurt is one of my favorite foods. I used to hate it but after convincing myself it would be good, I can finally enjoy it. The health benefits are just too awesome to pass up! Some of my favorite brands are Fage 0%, Chobani, and Oikos (by Stonyfeild) I usually like to mix my yogurt these ways: -Splenda and cinnamon…
