I have always seen it as your week starting on Monday, so as its around midnight Sunday, I think its an awesome time for goal setting. I try to put at least 3 goals each week (one personal, one weight loss, and one fitness related). Here are mine for this week
-Do not binge; think before you eat!
-Push yourself as hard as possible at volleyball camp
-Break 160 (a recurring goal)
-At least a chapter of summer reading a night
-See at least two friends this week
What about y'all? When we all can support each other and hold each other accountable, the world goes so much smoother!

I love these goals! They seem very motivating but still realistic!! What exactly do you count as eating clean?0 -
1. 8-10 glasses of water every day
2. At least 30 minutes of exercise every day
3. Eat and log within my calorie limits
4. Complete my 25+ item to-do list by Thursday before I leave
5. Not kill anyone at work before leaving for vacation Thursday night0 -

I second all of these goals!! Haha, number 5 might be hard! Make sure you stay on track on vacation. It can be stressful and its fine to relax but don't loose your hard work just because you're somewhere new!0 -
Eating clean: No sugar. No grains. Nothing processed. Primarily meats veggies and fruits and some dairy! I love eating healthy!0

Oooh! Sounds like me! I am gluten free and flexitarian so most processed foods and meat are already out! Sounds like a good plan.0 -

I believe in you! Breaking a weight barrier is awersome... too bad I can't seem to do it! haha0 -
Great topic!
Personal: Finish the drawing I started when I was still living with my parents-over 3 years ago…
Weight Loss: Get back under 200 (I gained a few pounds because I hurt my back and didn’t get back to exercising until middle of last week)
Fitness: Do my new Tae Bo at least 3 times this week0 -

Finished my personal goal for the week and it feels good especially since I started this thing over 3 years ago. Anything can be done when you put your mind to it...now to just do the same with this weight lol.0
