Hey beautiful people  I am looking for healthy food/ brand recommendations. I am gluten free and flexitarian, but if anyone has tried somethign recently that is delicious, low cal, and/or high protein, I'd love a reccomendation. My current favorite foods are Fage 0% Greek yogurt, firm tofu, cucumbers, egg whites, watermelon, squash, Jello, Squishers (from TJ's), sugar free Popsicles, and tomatoes. What do you always find yourself eating?

Eggs! I could live on eggs for every meal. :) It used to be potatoes and bread too but now limit those to almost nothing. I couldn't live without my eggs though. lol

blueberries, watermelon, peanut butter, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, trader joe's turkey jerky... I don't know about gluten free foods, but I have tried the Enjoy Life brand Cocoa Loco chocolate chewy bars, which are gluten/dairy free. also pistachios, and almonds (especially dark chocolate cocoa roast by emerald nuts). hope that helps!

Tony Horton's book "Bring It!" has a lot of recipes in it from his vegan chef Melissa Costello... she also has a website, Karma Chow, that has a lot of recipes on it... a lot of gluten-free stuff, too... as Tony eats Gluten Free.

Besides the carrots and peanut butter, we are twins! I love all things Trader Joe's but I am not a huge meat eater. I attempt to avoid peanut butter because I always end up binging. I will check out those bars! Thanks everyone:happy:
