  • Start slowly and don't lose sight of your goals! Use this site for motivation and advice...Log what you eat, stay hydrated...Do a variety of exercises for cross training...and rest too!

  • You could have a personal trainer help you to give you a head start. It's a very challenging program no matter what fitness level you are.

  • Way to go! don't be too critical and celebrate the small successes. It's persistence in the long term that will pay off. There's nothing wrong with treating yourself once in a while unlike me who treated myself at every meal until I found this website and I started to blend in with the hot air balloons!

  • Have you tried rowing ? it is one of the best cardio exercises for you and no impact...Check your local gym or www.concept2.com
  • Maybe your calorie deficit is too high for the week. I know I could not do 1200 calories a day..I am at 1810 for a 500 calorie weekly deficit.   • You can do it...you took a very big step forward and you should be proud of yourself.I cleaned up my fridge yesterday and tossed all the junk. It was hard to to but there are less temptations! Start with small changes and you will be very successful.
