I'm starting over myself and I agree with Mediterranean diet and all water. that's where I'm focusing. also just joined a gym and hope to focus not on "dieting" but on new lifestyle changes for long term success

right now im using Total Soy protein powder. only 130 cals (mixed in 8 oz water) and 13g protein. mixes well. tastes good w no "bad "after taste... not expensive. i use it in a smoothie every morning with fresh fruit (currently strawberries) fills me up but if im extra hungry or active i add some greek NF yogurt too. ive…
