eggos whole grain low fat waffles are my favorite... i have one everyday with parkay 0 cal butter spray a sprinkle of cinnamon and aunt jemima low cal no sugar syrup... delish = 80 calorie breakfast with room for a little early morning ice cream ;)

i dont own either but i go to the gym daily and id pick the treadmill. i NEVER go on the eliptical. the treadmill burns much more calories on an incline. i do like the arc trainer and precor at the gym but i think they are more costly than eliptical. good luck!

veggie shish kabobs are my obsession this summer and i am huge fan of morning star products when in a hurry. stay away from white breads, pasta and rice. whole wheat all the way! i try going vegan every once in a while too. ice cream is my weakness... i wish tofutti and rice dreams would come out with some fun flavors…

I'm going to have to disagree and say I think its true and if it isn't I like to hope so. I love entering the end of the day just to get that number. Even if I mess up badly one or two days and I enter in my TOO large calorie count it makes me feel like 'ok I will not blimp out because of today's entire tub of vanilla…
