Same here!! I get sick for about 2 or 3 days compared to weeks at a time! And not as often as before!

My kids and I made a Black Forest cake this weekend....about 300 calories for a very decent slice! Just look up Black Forest cupcakes....thats were we got the recipe, but we cooked it in a bundt pan. Came out great and the kids loved it!! They give you the regular recipe we just substituted and used lower fat options.

I have lost 85 pounds since April 2011. Following this program and exercising it could take you less then a year and be healthier. Good luck!!

I always feel like that...75 pounds down and I still see me as fat...of course I still have about 80 to go. Maybe thats why!! LOL

Try a 42 C.....its the measurement under the breast which you said was 41 and then around the front of your breasts which you said was 44. so difference of 3 would make it a C :)

Maybe try to cut out some of the processed foods you are eating. To much sodium will retain water and you are not drinking enough water to flush your system. Lean meats like chicken breasts and fish are good for protein and good fats. :happy: Good luck!

I had for the 4th of July One shot of cherry vodka and diet ginger ale. Tasted like a Shirley Temple and had 60 calories!

I just cut them in half and use a spoon to remove. I use it instead of mayo, or with eggs and salsa. They are yummy!! :)

I found a slow cooker chicken recipe yesterday. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker Add low sodium chicken broth until covered Add taco seasoning And let it cook You can have it on salads or sandwiches or what ever you would like! :)

Thank you everyone for your advice. I have been eating between 1200-1500 calories a day. And have to be honest, not getting in the exercise I need! I am going to start that this weekend. I will let you all know if it gets me going!! LOL
