well adding weights will always help in your exercise program, but what do you do right now? and when u say weights what were u planning on addding

i fricken love carb cycling to be honest, its super hard to do but it works, and what i would also do is a heavy set workout cycle to, so work heavy days on your high carb days and more super set on your low carb, and wat is the cycle for it u were going to do, a 2:1 or a 3:1

truly its all how u feel with your body, id say u look beautiful from your main pic, and i like the more fit girls in my opinion, id rather her have a slight muscular chest than one that isnt ya know? but if u feel good then rock it and who cares wat the other people say!!!!!

i didnt check much on the program, but the programs on that sight are usually pretty good, u are at the stages in your bodyfat that u ahve to be strict on your macros pretty well which u are, your fat is a little low, i would drop the carb intake slightly and the protein intake isnt bad, usually thing of one gram per pound…
