I am just so lost

I don't know how much I should be eating in terms of macros and calories. I've done the calculators and I just am lost. I have it set to 1500, but i rarely reach it due to so much exercise. My ultimate goal is to stay lean but develop a six pack.

I just started lifting 5 days a week with 20-30 minutes of intervals and light cardio after. Lifting/intervals/light cardio are an hour total in the morning and I burn about 400 according to HRM. I do zumba for an hour monday-thursday and burn roughly 350-400.
