I forgot about crackers! I used to eat Cheez its like they were chasing me. I haven't aphad a cheezit since last fall sometime. Occasionally I will have potato chips, but since they cause me to lose all self control, we generally don't keep them in the house.

Pasta doesn't do anything for me. I have pretty much cut it out of my diet entirely because I am unsatisfied by the amount of pasta that I now allow myself vs. the huge bowls I used to consume. I am not a big sandwich person either, but given the choice that's probably what I'd pick.

I would totally splurge for the jeans. I'm a "per wear" kind of person, and if it was a pair that I knew I'd wear ALL THE TIME, then I absolutely would. I would use "found money" for it though..birthday money, Christmas money.. That kind of thing.

Sometimes it's a smear of PB on an English muffin, or PB and an apple, or cheese and crackers. I got really adventurous there for a while and was eating leftovers for breakfast.. Hamburgers, pizza, etc.

I prefer my fiber from unprocessed sources.. Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I discovered this the painful way when I ate too many of the fiber one bars, had fiber one yogurt and fiber one pop tarts.. Yeah.. Gave most of that stuff away..
