You can marinate it for a few hours and grill it on the BBQ or you can just cook it in a saute pan. I make it once or twice a week and it's delicious!!! I get a marinade at Fresh and Easy that is cheap but very tasty and low is calories, fat, etc. :) Good luck!:happy:
