Thanks but I was meal prepping and did 3 portions so weighed out 210g then when I placed it in its containers I roughly got 135g of rice in each at about 470 calories

I thought peanut butter sandwich using 1 slice of wholemeal/multi grain bread. not sure this would be alright to have.

hey I'm 23 from Australia. my highest weight was 89kgs and got down to 58kgs at my lightest. been in a relationship for the past 5mths and now weigh 67kgs and wanting to get back to at least 60kgs. feel free to add me.

I'm in Aus too. All I want to do is try cream in my coffee now but does that mean I add the cream when I put my almond milk in. When I make my coffee I put coffee and a sweetener in then my almond milk then the water. Where should I add the cream ? lol

u can make pancakes with 1/3 cup oats 1 banana and 2 eggs u can take out the yolks if u want. I make this in a mix and go but u can use whatever. and when they're cooking in frypan u can add whatever fruit or choc chips. does anyone know a English muffin recipe without yeast ?

Thanks. I live in Australia and never heard of Albertsons or a Supervalue stores. Looking at those pics I guessed I would be between 20% - 25% range and just did that online navy test and it came back as 21% body fat. fat mass was 13kgs and lean mass was 47kgs. If we assume this is correct.

wow tomorrow will be my 300th I am aiming for a whole year and I know what u mean it has become a part of my life. I weigh my foods as well some say I'm obsessed but hey if it keeps me on track and healthy why not

5'7 60kgs (132lbs) in Australian size I'm anything from a size 6 - 14 every clothing store you go to is different sizing's which makes it annoying but usually I am a size 10 which I think translates to a US size 6 zero exercise eating around 1200cals

I like Lawsons wholemeal bread a bit expensive to other brands but worth it, has a good fibre content. $5.80 at woolworths or $4.80 at coles (if you're in Australia) only negative is the packaging as its weird to handle and rips easily since it's paper and it doesn't fit into a normal 2 slice toaster need a long toaster.
