  • littemegzz I know exactly how you are feeling. I have started and stopped doing this a couple of times. I am back now and determined to get to my goal.   • Stell: I think it is best to set smaller goals. Don't think about the total goal you have to lose or it will seem overwhelming. Set 10 pound goals and when you reach them start again.
