I broke my ankle in Feb. Gained quite a bit myself. Just gotta focus on recovery and learning to walk again. When did you break yours?

Practice cleaner eating. Nutrisystem can be a great start but its not forever. Have eggs for breakfast just to start. I make mine ahead of time for the week. Great work so far!

Congrats!!! If your on a treadmill, you can start it over at a higher incline or try Bridge to 10K next. Im on my third round at 3% incline, im starting the 10k in feb/march.

Everyone is quite right about spot reducing but I have found that since I started running it has done wonders for those areas.

I love all her vids and podcasts! But do some research about how often you do these videos. They arent really meant for everyday like everyone thinks. More power to you though if you do. I like to do cardio or yoga every other day.

Hi Im Shani and I quit 10/30/11. This is my 6th time quitting. I gone months and months in the past but always fall back of the wagon. It never gets easier. Ive tried every product on the market and decided to just do the gum this time. Good luck everyone!

I just joined! I have now stopped smoking for 3 weeks, 2 days, 1 hour, 9 minutes, 30 seconds. 276 cigarettes NOT smoked, For a savings of $107.17! I have increased my life expectancy by 23 hours, 2 minutes, 53 seconds.

My husband doesn't hunt, but I still do a girls night out. I love how women get a little crazy on this weekend...... Not looking forward to the hangover this Sunday tho! I agree on the free meat, I would love a turkey myself. Can you say soup for weeks??!!!

I would actually eat a tad more. Like 100-150 more. Try to make them protein based. For exercise, I would try something you've never done just to mix up your routine. I do this every 30 days to challenge myself.. Get a heart rate monitor, if you don't already have one. Good Luck!

I just finished week 5 run 2. I haven't had to do any repeats yet. I wouldn't repeat until you are sure you have too. Doesn't hurt to try first. Don't forget to breathe in for 3 seconds and breathe out for seconds.
