I personally didn't repeat any, but I also never had a problem completing anything until the 25 min run on week 6, which I had to catch 2min of rest to finish it all, but I still just continued on to week 7 and I'm doing fine. I think if you find you can't do the next run, revert back to the prior week. I'd give it a try though, it's kind of a waste of time to keep doing them until they feel 'easy'.0

I haven't repeated any weeks yet. I start week 4 next week and Im scared I might not be able to complete the 5 min run. But I suggest if you completed week 2 continue on to week three. If you feel like your not ready to move on by all means do week two again. When I first started week 3 I thought there is no way I can run 3 mins but I did and now I'm on to week 4. Good luck in what ever decision you make.0

I'm about to start week 4, I repeated week 2. I'm not sure I can tell you exactly why I did, I guess I just didn't feel ready to take on the next week. But that 90 seconds of running is a lot easier now
Good luck!0 -
Thanks quite valid points, its only me thinking i may not be able to do it! So i think i should try before going back....0

Honestly, a lot of it is mental more than physical. That's why you should go ahead and try moving on without re-doing a week...if you find there's no way you can complete that, just revert back to the prior week from the start of that week. It's worth trying the next hardest week to see if you're up to the challenge.0 -

It wasn't 100% a case of I wasn't ready mentally... I wasn't ready because I tried it and FAILED miserably. If I do it but it's pitiful I don't move on, otherwise I will only struggle come the following week!0 -
W3D1 I almost couldn't finish the last 3 minute run. I did, but barely. I couldn't believe they doubled the time on the interval. Anyway, W3D2 went a tad better, though it was still hard. I've taken almost a week off since then, so I'm going to do W3D3 tomorrow or Tuesday. It still seems intimidating. I agree with the above that a lot of it is mental, at least it is for me. I know people who have repeated W3 because going to 5 min. just seemed to long in W4. We'll see. Good luck to you!0

Well, as I said..if you physically cannot complete it, that's reason to re-do it, absolutely. Just pointing out that if you're thinking of re-doing a week only because it felt pretty hard, I would suggest continuing on until you can't do what it requires. Another important point is to give yourself 1 to 2 days between runs so your legs have time to recover and grow stronger to help your next run.0 -

I understand your point Unfortunately for myself it has nothing to do with my legs.... I "could" run for ages everyday, if it weren't for my breathing. I don't breath properly so trying to get to the 90sec mark and the 3 min mark proved difficult. But on to the 5 mins run tonight. For someone who NEVER ran because of my breathing I'm pretty darn proud of myself. Get easier each week.0 -

The breathing should get easier for you as time goes on. Just be very deliberate and controlled with your breathing, but it absolutely gets better I'd say after week 4/5 and beyond.0 -
I repeated weeks one and two because I couldn't run all of the intervals. After that I didn't repeat, in spite of thinking I would NEVER be able to run 5... or 8... or HORROR! 20 minutes Buiilding up slowly really does work!
It's amazing how far I have come since January, I just keep tortising along slowly and before I know it I've run for 90 mins0 -
I just finished week 5 run 2. I haven't had to do any repeats yet. I wouldn't repeat until you are sure you have too. Doesn't hurt to try first. Don't forget to breathe in for 3 seconds and breathe out for seconds.0
