I'm going to set my goal at 60 miles this month. I'm starting Leslie's Ultimate 5 day Walk Plan. So as long as I follow it I shouldn't not meet my goal and then some. Looking forward to this month!

My husband and I are actively trying to add a little one to our family. It will be our first. I'm definitely no where near where I want to be but I'm trying to be as healthy as I can be. I just found this group and I'm excited I did! I recently purchased Leslie Sansone's Ultimate 5 day walk plan. Anyone had experience with this DVD? I'm joining nearly mid month so I want to set my goal as 45 miles starting today.
