Great NSVs from everyone, as always! Today I bashed my ribs leaning over the middle arm rest of my car to reach something. "Bashing your ribs, surely that isn't very victorious?" I hear you cry! Well, for me it means I have less fat, aka protection, covering my ribs and I actually didn't mind the pain for that moment. :)

You've got to live and find ways to fit in the odd days where you eat more (i.e. birthdays/meals out/days where your body just needs fuel). I've lost 32.4lbs / 14.69kg which is the approximate equivalent of 7.33 x 2 litre bottles of juice! I can't even imagine having to carry that about all day, everyday, again. <3
