100 lbs down & still going!

I've been on this weightloss adventure for 20 months now--have lost 100 lbs, over 18 points off my BMI, several of my meds and many of my "everyday" aches and pains I used to have. I'm 5'2" & *ahem* over 45 yrs old. I never imagined I'd be able to do this--the support of my family & friends has been key to my success so far, & will continue to be, I'm sure.

Thanks!
I started off on Weight Watchers for several months, using their points system. Once I left that, it was just portion control, logging food here on MFP, making sure to get some form of exercise daily--lots of walking, some strength training.0 -
