I suggest a Dog! I didnt really notice a change until I started walking my friends dog (Who never gets walked by anybody else) Because of her I can run 10km in under an hour.. at 190 lbs! Its the greatest personal trainer ever.

My doctor never said a thing about it.. If she did, I'd rather her be blunt, Sure it would hurt.. but I've noticed being overweight.. well.. anything about the fact I was overweight would embaras me.. Cause deep down, I knew I had to do something about it. Glad to finally be losing it.

When you sign up for MFP, it asks you what your regular day is (active, lightly active, couch potato etc) If you input lightly active or active, that takes into account your everyday cleaning, cooking etc. So you already "logged" it.

I am the same height and weight as you.. What I LOVE is the Step Climber, doing 1:30 of somewhat easy, (lvl 5) then 30 seconds of as fast as you can go (lvl 15-20), and doing that for 20 mins, is a great burn and you will be exhausted.

You might just have to ramp up your work out. Personally I eat roughly 1200 - 1300 a day and I weigh a lot more than you, but really it might not be the healthiest option for me. I played beer pong with water so I had 25 cups in one night.. I felt like I had a hangover the next day... Recommendation: Don't do that.. specially with hard water.
