I hate the term tone... Running will eventually get rid of the jiggle because you will eventually lose the fat over all your body that causes said jiggle. There is no spot reduction Toning just means you lose the fat that is covering up the muscle you already have and/or are gaining.

I would say go for it.. its a great way to start the day. And don't feel you have to eat back all your calories.. You don't really need to. And there is no spot reduction.. Its a myth.. If you exercise and lose weight, you will lose a little bit from everywhere. And eventually that means from your mid section.

Keep bumping up the workout. It doesnt really mean you have to work LONGER per say, but you do have to go faster and lift more weight.. The thing is it will still be the same difficulty, since you would not have been able to work as heavy or be as fast on the treadmill. you just have to keep it up.

Mine did go weird.. as in it didn't go away .. for FOUR WEEKS and then I missed it...and I haven't had it since(Its been two and a half weeks without) I am on the pill, and they ended up having to increase the amount of estrogen in my pill. So we will see what happens in a week and a half when its supposed to come again.

It doesn't matter what others do. When it comes to races like 5ks, your only competition is yourself. All that matters is you get yourself across that finish line.. Next time.. walk faster.. and maybe even jog a little.. And get a little better every time! Do it! And be proud of accomplishing it!

24lbs in 5 weeks, I work out 2 hours a day 6 days a week 80% Cardio, I still need to lose more, I sleep about 7-8 hours a night. I eat about 1300 calories a day and no more (I dont eat back my exercise calories)

Lots of the meat from Subway is processed. The Turkey is for sure. So there are a lot of nitrates and sodium in it. I looked up the calorie intake for just a plain sandwich and its like 500 calories.
