mornings are NOT an option for me. I am NOT a morning person. I get out of bed at 6 am and am at work by 6:30 with a 5 minute drive to work. I eat breakfast at work. I didn't think about freezing it! I shall try that! Thank you all for your help!

I shall check it out. Generally it's a struggle for me to get to 15 reps. I can usually get to 12 no problem. There will be multiple times I have to push myself to get to 15.

I am currently at 200 lbs, I have lost about 23 lbs so far. I would like to be healthy, so I could possibly have children some day.

I do try to vary what I do on the machine. Sometimes I hold a medicine ball above my head, sometimes I go faster, I can also change the "incline" on this machine, so I vary that a lot, so my position isn't the same. I go the gym, I usually do an hour on the elliptical. I was walking/jogging but my foot has been giving me grief. I do have a Wiifit at home, so occasionally I will do free step during TV or just some other games for fun.

Are you eating your exercise calories? I find I lose more when I don't eat the calories I've earned.

I googled it, and I believe it was 500 for someone at 180 for an hour. When I did the twenty Min I put in like 180 for my calories. If you could do the whole DVD GO YOU! I felt like I was dying after first 20 minutes!
