Thank you both!

I don’t get that. Mine was always viewable and lately I’ve been told it’s private yet I never changed it.

I usually go off the bags as far as calories, including measuring based on the nutritional facts, but add 100-150 calories to each meal as a give/retake based in what the bag says. I haven’t changed my eating at all. I haven’t been I’ll that I know if not injured. My exercises vary but it’s been 2x a week 1:30-2 hours in…

I’m still having this problem, but MyFitnessPal responded to someone on Twitter that the issue was resolved.....not for me lol.
-
Out of nowhere he turned in to this weird high tech guy lol.
-
Thats usually what I do and was finding a lot of the others.

I went for an appointment yesterday and asked some questions based on this thread. The way he was talking was basically he was allowing me those workouts where its like “if you don’t have weights, use bottles of water”. I can do most bodyweight exercises, but no free weights or using the weights machine I have because he…

Thank you!!

I figure nowadays you can convert anything or at least make it up and report it as research.
-
I’m going to say no to this one personally lol
-
Thank you

Does that add the progress photo to the status update? I’ve seen the upload process photo option, but thought it only posted to the progress section for the user to see.,
-
I tried that, but the stick figure looks nothing like me.

You’re human and not alone.

Sorry I just saw this. MFP randomly gives me notifications then doesn’t. The charge stopped working before I could test much further :(
-
All of these are good suggestions as well. I also need to try them out and test them.
-
Thank you for this suggestion. The liner socks have done the trick. I very much appreciate your help.
-
I have to try that out. It’s a good idea. I will look into getting those. Thank you.

Regular shoes I use orthotics, but if using them when running your foot slips around because of the material in top of the orthotic and causes the blisters. Podiatrist told me to try using them to exercise and the next appt I have with him that he was free is February 20, I found online someone on a forum I got from google…

The sneakers are new and got them from a running store and I have orthotics, but I think it was too much too soon.
-
Do the socks help? You still run when you have them? I did some cupping last night. The pain/discomfort from an 8 to a 4 overnight

I think if I do eat it all back, but delete them all one by one it may even out lol

Ok I apologize if this sounds repetitive (community college grad here), but even after reading all the responses again this one doesn’t make sense: Yesterday I worked out for 63 minutes. Fitbit said 663 calories burned and MFP’s adjustment was 234. I get that. I understand that one from the responses. Today it is just…
-
Thanks everyone. I appreciate the input and helping me get it a little more.
-
Ugh why are mine so off lol. MFP says 230 and Fitbit said 325 on Fitbit. I checked because I thought maybe the weight of my height was different on each when I listed it but it’s the same. Mines linked but it seems to update on MFP when it feels like it lol. I have to log out of Fitbit 2-3 times for it to actually sync.…

Same as its been, but its a thought going forward.

I do weigh daily. I log it. I know you should t weigh everyday, but seeing any gain motivates me more to exercise that day. There’s no gradual change. Just after those events it goes up and it doesn’t come off. I don’t get it. The first walk was almost 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t come off.

It can be frustrating when people chime i with stuff you didn't for so I understand that and I am about to dot hat, but not in a malicious way. I saw someone mention coolsculpting. I wouldn't recommend that. A friend of mine had it done and while it worked for a little bit they told her after the last appointment "just…
