Oh wow! I had no idea. I knew some were a lot fattier than others, but I had no idea they could be that bad. Thank you!

This was really helpful, thank you! My work outs at the gym are generally fifteen walking/light jogging on the treadmills at 2% incline, 15-30 minutes riding on the bikes (at resistance 17, but I'm not sure if that's good or not. It just makes it more work to push the pedals than say a 10). The only break I have is…

5'9, and 140 is my end goal. I'd love to be 132 though (60kg).
-
Measurements not weight! If you're changing shape for the better, take that over actual weight loss :)
-
Thank you! I do have a few problems with drinking enough water, but I'm drinking at least 8 a day. I might try and bump it more though.
-
Awesome, thank you! I'll definitely give it a go.
-
Thank you heaps!

I feel the same :( I'm considering bumping my calories up 100 or so, but I don't like the feeling I get from eating a lot :( Even when I binge, it's in the calorie limit, it's just unhealthy food. Yes! Fitspo blogs get me off the couch on my bad days. Thank you so much :)
-
So you don't eat your exercise calories? There's a lot of discussion going on about it at the moment haha
-
Thank you! I try to eat something filling but good for breakfast, like porridge with fruit, and I'm trying to restrict my less-healthy foods to either one snack or lunch. Snacks are fruit, nuts, protein bars or shakes, and dinner is fish, chicken or lamb with veggies.

Thank you :)

Usually I eat until I am just over my calorie intake, and then burn off until I'm left with 1200. And thanks for the advice :)
-
I've used a few different websites to calculate how many calories I should be having, and they all said around 1200 :\ I haven't lost inches, no :(
-
This is riduculous haha. I weight tonight as well, just to make sure, and I've dropped five kilos since this morning? I am finding it so hard to keep track of where I actually am. How do I say for sure if I'm 89 or 84 when it changes constantly?
-
Okay, thank you for clearing that up! :)
-
Yeah, both weights at the same time (morning). I am really just hoping it's just extra water, and it'll go soon! I mean, I highly doubt it's fat, because I've been working so hard. Thanks you guys!
-
Thanks guys. :)

I'm not eating more than three servings a day, but I am definitely meeting it.

Apples, kiwi fruit, strawberries, oranges, raspberries and blueberries. My salt intake can't be too high (and my sodium bar hasn't gone red in my calorie counter on any day). Light walking, and a 30 or 45 minute Nike Training Club work out each night. I'm on the pill, but yes. I'm not drinking as much as I should be, but I…

Same here! My calves aren't wobbly and fat, but quite firm, and I'd like to get them really slim!
-
The first work out didn't include any weights or anything, but I think it may have been mostly my push ups and planks, because I don't have a lot of upper body strength.
-
Thanks guys :) I do mostly just push through little pains, but I guess I was just more concerned with this time because of my shoulders haha. Thanks :)

I'm 17, and I don't think it makes a lot of difference. You should try to use an expenditure calculator like this one: http://firstyear.chem.usyd.edu.au/calculators/food_energy.shtml This calculates how much is spent and how much is needed to maintain weight. For somebody looking to lose weight, take about 20-30% off the…

Just finished my first, Sweat & Shape. Awesome app! I think this app + daily walking and a gym visit every few days will definitely get rid of this weight! I do think it should average out a calories-burnt estimate. Even if it isn't entirely accurate, it's better than nothing.
-
Thanks! I do star jumps, squats, etc. but obviously not enough, since I've had no weight loss so far. So yeah, I'm hoping to increase my at-home exercise :)
-
In summer, or warmer weather, I go walking with friends or to friends houses, but in winter I can't really find much to do (no friends are interested in winter haha). I live in a very small town, so there isn't a whole lot of places to go or streets to visit.
-
I do walk home! I walk ten minutes there and ten minutes back. I would jog, but it's a bit hard with a school bag full of stuff :) Awesome, thanks!
-
I've been trying to just walk the long way home, or wake up a bit earlier, but either way I just don't feel like there's a lot of spare time haha. But thanks!

On the contrary, I don't think I'm drinking quite enough water :\ I wish that was the case! I have a horrible habit of not eating a lot of vegetables, because I haven't found many I like. I eat fruit, dairy, carbs, you name it. I just don't eat a lot, I think. I'm not really sure what to try, I guess just getting maybe…
