Problems eating enough?

I couldn't find another thread like this, so I'm just going to make a new one.
Does anybody else have problems reaching their daily intake?
I'm apparently meant to have about 1800 (according to an online energy & intake expenditure calculator, although my mfp calorie counter tells me 1300), but I have problems just reaching 1000.
I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, and walk up to 45 minutes a day, sometimes also going to the gym, but at the end I struggle to reach my intake amount.
I already feel like I overeat, so what's going on?

Could you be drinking too much water and not being hungry enough to eat?0

I have also experienced this. Even without taking into account my daily exercise I am sometimes up to 300kcal under my mfp target (1200). I also feel like I am sometimes over eating. I can't come up with a solution other than to try and change what I'm eating but keep the portion size down so as not to overeat. It's not healthy to only eat things that appear healthy as our bodies need certain amounts of every nutrient (including fat) to function properly so if you haven't already, try introducing some different foods into your diet.0

You are probably eating too healthy. Have a fun snack once in a while.0

On the contrary, I don't think I'm drinking quite enough waterYou are probably eating too healthy. Have a fun snack once in a while.
I wish that was the case! I have a horrible habit of not eating a lot of vegetables, because I haven't found many I like. I eat fruit, dairy, carbs, you name it. I just don't eat a lot, I think.I have also experienced this. Even without taking into account my daily exercise I am sometimes up to 300kcal under my mfp target (1200). I'm not really sure what to try, I guess just getting maybe another snack into my day.0 -
Do you make sure that you eat the recommended portion size? You could try and allocate a certain amount of calories to each meal such as 150 for breakfast, 300 for lunch, 700 for dinner, and the remainder as snacks. Fruit juice also contains quite a few calories whilst containing plenty of nutrients. I have fruit juices which contain 115kcal per glass so maybe try something a long those lines??0
