First question: is it realistic to set myself the goal of losing 20kg by January 1st? If not, what would a good goal be? Still gaining and losing!
Start weight: 86kg 4 days later: 84kg Now: 87kg I have increased my water intake, am keeping just below my calorie intake and I'm not sure what else to do! No change in measurements either, and it's been two weeks or more.

Gained in a week? :(
A week ago I was 86kg. Now I am 89kg. I've been eating mostly fruit and trying to keep healthy with my meat and veggies too, and sticking to my calorie limit and doing a work out every night except one and drinking as much water as I can, but I've gained?

Getting enough water?
I know I should be drinking more water than I do (3-5 cups a day is where I'm at), but I'm finding it difficult to drink more than that. Help?

Silly question, but
If I have a calorie allowance of 1200 a day, and burn off say 400 doing exercise, does that mean I am meant to still eat the 1200 or do I now have to eat 1600? When I exercise, it tells me I've earned more of a calorie allowance. But does that mean I should eat more than my 1200, or keep to the 1200?

Muscle Cramps
I have a question concerning muscle cramps. Last night I did the first of the Nike Training app work outs. Gaining?
I weighed myself again, which might have something to do with this. The first day I was 87kg. The second day I was 86kg. The third day I didn't weight myself, and today I'm 87.9kg. Should I just wait longer to weigh myself, or am I actually doing something wrong?
