Still gaining and losing!

Start weight: 86kg
4 days later: 84kg
Now: 87kg

I have increased my water intake, am keeping just below my calorie intake and I'm not sure what else to do! No change in measurements either, and it's been two weeks or more.

    Me too!!!!!! But I won't give up! Sooner or later changes will happen.
  • Sounds like you might be weighing yourself too often?

    we all go up and down in weight on different days, and different times of days

    Try sticking to just once per week, OR even better... forget the scales all together and use measurements!
    i know from my clothes, people comments etc that i have lost weight but sometimes the scales have gone up as i'm building muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat
