Sick, but need to do something!

I've been sick with swine flu for the last week and a half. This means basically I haven't had an appetite at all, and when I have eaten, it's mostly all come back up again. I have barely had the energy to roll over in bed, let alone exercise.
The doctors are aware, and aren't too concerned yet, but I am feeling really helpless in bed.
Is there anything I can be doing, so that I haven't stopped attempting weight loss? Or do I need to wait until I'm better, and delay my goal time by a few weeks?

I would say to continue to rest. You'll get better in no time and be able to exercise again. You shouldn't really be trying to exercise if you can't eat anything anyway. Remember to drink plenty of water and OJ. I hope you get better soon!

REST! You can workout later (when you're better). If you try to do it now you may not recover as quickly.
