I have always had bad knees and although they are better now that I've lost some weight I know where your coming from. What worked great for me was swimming and aqua aerobics. Being in the water put SOOOO much less stress on my knees and it is a really good work out.Hope this helps good luck.

Since you are only eating 800-1000 calories a day and doing quite a bit of exercise you may be losing fat but gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so you are at a "stand still". Once your body adjusts you should start losing again,

Thanks for the comments. I'll keep them all in mind. I didnt go against the doctors advice to make myself sicker. Just scared that if I don't stick to my routine I'll " fall off the wagon" when I've finally found something that is working. I am going to just watch my diet until I'm feeling better.
