I don't actually run fast yet, but I'm about halfway through the C25K program. I've been using mapmyrun. It works well for me and syncs with MFP because it's a UA product as well. It also works well in conjunction with Pandora, which is what I use for my music. I'm open. To any and all suggestions though if it will help me…

Awesome job!! I've been doing this 6 week boot camp through a local gym and been doing quite a bit of jogging on my off days to try to improve my time. I haven't been exercising very long, but I looooove this idea. I'm just starting C25K so this will be a challenging, but fun. I'll start with 15 miles since I'm jumping in late. Who knows, maybe I'll exceed that. ☺

I went and busted my tail the full hour. It really did feel better after foam rolling and getting a few minutes of really moving in. It was hard, really hard. But I feel great now! We'll so how I feel tomorrow! Lol

Luckily, my gym provides the shakes afterwards at no extra cost to me.

I'm just afraid that we'll do the same type of workout tonight and my muscles will hurt too much to let me push as much as I need to! I'm already the biggest person there by probably 60lbs. I don't want to be the whimpiest too! Lol

I was at 335 two years ago. I'm 296 now and I want to get to 150 in the next 18 months.
