Great job on the weight loss so far! You have probably reached a plateau. Our bodies gets used to how it loses weight and it will just stop the weight loss process. You will need to adjust your calories, or maybe just change some of the foods you eat AND/OR change or increase your activity in order to break through it to…

Make your own as others have suggested. If you are in a pinch for bullion, Herb Ox makes a sodium free bullion in beef and chicken. I have found by making soups and meals spicy, I don't miss the salt at all.

I have lots of good things about the Beach to Battleship race from my tri club The other popular HIM in this area is at White Lake NC. Heat seemed to be the biggest complaint of the race last year, however the race has been back up to April, so it shouldn't be a factor

I have "detoxed" from sugar twice. The first day or 2 may bring on more intense food cravings and headaches until your body adjusts. I always feel much better once I have eliminated processed sugars from my diet. More energy and less food cravings. Good luck!

All very good questions BeeJ...I I discussed with Molly. For now we are going to put the spirit as an OWL completed since we do not have an area to add in a spirit column. Houpepoints are your daily activity time. 1 minute of activity equals 1 housepoint There is no quidditch match column per se, however the quidditch…

I retain fluid (up to 10 pounds worth) and high blood pressure, not to mention feeling bloated are the results. By watching my sodium intake and keeping it below 1500mg daily, it keeps the excess fluid off of me and keeps my blood pressure at a safe level. Not everyone has this problem however, there are people that can…

I agree with the HRM as the most accurate way. Today, I would go for the lower of the 2 options in an effort to not overestimate your calories. I find that the machines are pretty accurate against my HRM. As for MFP calculations the calories are usually over by 100-200 more calories than my HRM results.
