We have 2 Kias and have had no problems with them. 2007 Sedona and 2008 Sorento. I would buy another in a heartbeat. Great safety ratings and great warranty. Good luck!

I have a hard time wearing shoes during the workouts because my feet cramp so bad. I do were shoes during the sculpting and toning workouts though.

I'm on Week 5. Today I did Fire 30 and Sculpt 30. I was happily suprised that the workouts changed so much after 4 weeks.

I just started week 5. I absolutely love it! So far I've lost 2.5 pounds and 1.8% body fat and several inches. I'm focusing on toning at this point in my get healthy journey and I am VERY satsified with what I've accomplished so far with TurboFire.

I'm 5'3" and started at 154.8 and would ultimately like to be at 120. I'm at 132.8 as of now. Went from a size 12 to a size 6 so far.

I'm another fan of Shred it With Weights with a kettlebell. It is such a great high calorie burn workout that includes strength building. I've since moved on from that and started a Gin Miller workout with kettlebell.I also really like the Biggest Loser Cardio Max Weight loss video.

I typically workout after breakfast is done and the kids are occupied doing something else. If I wait to the afternoon I just want to relax. I'm also not sure how this will work once I'm back in school this fall.

Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights is good. Use a kettlebell with it. I also got a Gin Miller's kettlebell workout when I bought my kettlebell and I really like that one too.

Typically dinner for me. I try to keep breakfast to 100-150 and lunch around 300 or so. I also have a few snacks throughout the day and hit 1200 pretty regularly (if not a bit over).

What kind of a daily schedule do you have? Do you have a lunch hour that you can do a small workout on? What kind of support do you get from your family? The only thing I can say, is once you start and get a good routine and see results it encourages you to keep doing it. It's so hard to get started though. (((HUGS)))

Won't be making it this week. Was down with strep throat from Tuesday on. I am finally feeling a little better and will try my hand at a workout tonight. I have reactive airway and it's flaring up something fierce. Next week I'm aiming for 4000. Great job DILIH!!!
