  • I'm also starting over. At my heaviest I was 233lbs. I had lost all the way down to 185. Now add trying to move, my house not being ready so I had to stay with my sis and mom for a month. (2 br apartment with my 2 kids) No room to do my usual exercise and just plain depressed. I am now 210lbs. I was sooo disappointed. I…
  • I guess I would lose weight if I cut out all of that stuff because there would nothing left to eat lol.
  • I've been single every Valentine's Day for the last 10 years. Must do something about that.
  • I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zumba!! I have been doing zumba since June this year and it has been helping lose the weight. I do this in addition to weight watchers. I have lost 3 inches off my waist 3 inches off my hips 2 off my thighs. It is great and it is an exercise I can stick to because I have always loved dancing. I do it at…
  • I have fell in love with Zumba. I do the DVD's at home, too shy do to a class but I am in love. It is certainly helping me to reach my weight loss goals. I have been able to stick to this because I have always loved dancing. Feel free to friend me :)
  • I will plot my gains but I DO NOT weigh in when I have my cycle because because I always put on 3-5 lbs. I weigh in the week after my cycle after all of the fluid gain is gone.
  • I would never want to be a size 2. I have a friend that is a 0 and it looks like it hurts to be that small. I have always been curvy even when I was a size 8 I had butt, hips and thighs. I don't need to get back to my pre-kids weight but I would like to be a size 12.
  • I love the Zumba for the Wii and my Zumba dvd's. I do not like to dance in a class, but at home I can let loose and not have to worry about looking silly.
  • I love it! I have Zumba for the Wii and the Exhilarate DVD set. I have not used all of my DVD set yet but I love the fact that I can get an excellent workout at home and I do not have to pay for a membership at a gym to get it! I sweat like crazy during the workout and I feel the soreness a lot in my sides/abs so I know I…
  • I know exactly how you feel! I am in the "in between" phase too and it is so frustrating. That next size down seems soooo far away. I really try to push myself to keep going but it is hard when it feels like you are stuck in weight limbo. Maybe we should be friends to keep each other motivated. Don't give up on yourself.…
  • I think your plan is pretty good. Just add some strength training for toning. I like my Wii too just because you are exercising and it doesn't feel like it because its fun. Good for you! I lost about 20 pounds on weight watchers and I thinking about going back too. Good luck to you!
  • I do!!! I do!!!!! I would be even under my college weight if I did that. It would be awesome
  • My boyfriend has asked me since he knows that I have been trying to lose weight but I refuse to tell him. He did not know me at my "skinny" self when I was 130lbs but I guess I keep my current weight to myself because I am self conscious about it.
  • I am getting started again too. I get discouraged when the weight is not coming off like I would like it to. Hopefully we can support and encourage each other to stay on track this time and lose those unwanted pounds!
  • Braids have made it easier for me since it's summer. When my hair is out I have to wash it more often than I normally would. I haven't quite figured out a solution myself.
  • Golds Gym is just 20 bucks a month with no contract, stop anytime you want pick it back up when you want. Has a nice pool and a area for the kids.
  • Two words.......Hershey Kisses
  • I put some fun in exercise by adding a couple of Wii games that will give you a workout. Michael Jackson the Experience really is a workout if you dance like him. I like outdoor challenge too because you have to run jump and do the work the play the game and your Mii loses weight the more you play! I also love belly…
  • Wow girlfriend! Check out that waist! You are awesome, keep up the good work!
  • I'm on 1540 and most of the time I do not eat them all and doing fine. My exercise usually gives me an extra 300-400. If you eat less than 1200 cals your body will go into starvation mode and it will try to hold on to everything and you can actually stop losing and gain weight.

  • I am addicted to natural popcorn without all of the extra butter. It's good and filling. Also I use the baby bell cheese and laughing cow cheeses and crackers a lot for a quick snack. Smart ones has a lot of good desserts that are low in calories and I use skinny cow ice cream sandwiches too. You can friend me if you want.…
  • Wii Outdoor challenge is great!! You have sprint races and trampoline, rowing all sorts of ways to break a sweat and it fun to play with kids too. You have to have the mat to go with it. I also like Michael Jackson the Experience. You get a good cardio workout if you do the dance moves just like Michael.

  • Great job! I hate being in between sizes. Your old clothes are too big and the next size is still too small. Good idea adjusting your jeans. That will save you a lot of money sewing your clothes. Wish I could do that! You go girl!
  • I am very upset about the strength training not counting towards your calorie burn. It should count, you work just as hard or harder depending on how long you train and what you are training. They need to change that.
  • You can't beat yourself up if you go off track. You just have to start over fresh the next day. I have off days too and it's hard to stay motivated to exercise and keep up with calories. I have been fighting my weight since I had my second son and it has been an up hill battle. I just have to find the will to keep it up. I…
  • I did the last chance workout and it kicked me in the butt too. I was proud that I was able to build up to doing it and I really hung in there until the last 5 min. I like the 30 day shred too.
