Workout whenever you are motivated to. I tend to workout at night since that is when I feel motivated and it helps me fall asleep afterwards. Double plus. I am just to tired and lazy in the morning to work out. The main thing is to listen to your body.

It's hard but you need to eat more - at least to 1200 calories. I'm dealing with relapse in my eating disorder too but I've compromised at eating 1200-1300 calories without the negative thoughts kicking in... and I'm losing weight with weight training.

You're not alone. I do that too. I hang them up where I can see it. I call them "my motivational dresses" O:). I have managed to fit into some of them like 5 years later. No regrets. I love them too much and I would not have been able to find them later. I have problems I know but it's so worth it to me.

Me too but in a healthy way. I'm just going to try to exercise more. Eating have always been an issue yoyo between eating too much or not eating enough. I do have history of eating disorder and have currently relapsed - trying to eat enough to not going into starvation mode.
