Are my eating habbits too out of control?

Am I eating too much junk? can someone please take a look at my diary and see if what I'm eating is good to lose a little bit more weight (I have 6 more lbs. to go), but exclude the 23rd because that was my birthday so I just ate whatever and the 25th because it was Christmas. Also is it ok to have an unhealthy treat everyday, as long as it's under my daily calorie limit? And can I eat bread everyday as long as its under my carb and calorie limit for the day?
Thank you in advance!

Your diary looks fine. I only went back to the 22nd but it looks pretty consistent. By the way the 23rd is my mother's birthday too, happy birthday!

It looks fine to me. Maybe add some more veggies in there just for some extra low calorie nutrients? I see a lot of protein.

Nah, you're certainly not out of control! You seem to have a grip on your calorie intake :)

Like miasapearl I thought maybe you could up your intake of veggies, just to get a few more nutrients. You can have big piles of them for very few calories.

The whole thing with changing your diet and lifestyle is that it has to be sustainable. So if you want to budget in a bit of "junk" that's fine, it will probably make you more likely to stick to it. What I've found is that the longer I've been doing this the more likely I am to actually want to drop the junk and eat mountains of fresh stuff instead, but it was a slow process. You should only make a few changes at a time, and I think you're doing really well!

Looks good to me too. You are hitting your targets pretty well. If these are the foods that you like to eat then you are definitely doing the right thing. This is a lifestyle change and therefore needs to be sustainable well into the future.

As you change up your eating habits and add more variety, just ensure that you can continue to eat them and that they fit into your macros and you will be find. Well done.
