  • Don't "cleanse" b/c you are not cleansing! My father was a reknown physician and always right. He said that it brought out the poisoins in your body. One of the morning shows (Today?) did a segment on the Wackiest Diets of the Decades a few weeks ago, they backed up my father. See if you can google it.

  • i am 59 years old & have been overweight for nearly 30 years (quitt smoking). i haven't explored the site much, but are there recipes and/or meal suggestions? i can not exercise but am going to try to walk around the block. i don't eat chicken or meat, so i am very limited. is there anybody else out there like me?
