i am 59 years old & have been overweight for nearly 30 years (quitt smoking). i haven't explored the site much, but are there recipes and/or meal suggestions? i can not exercise but am going to try to walk around the block. i don't eat chicken or meat, so i am very limited. is there anybody else out there like me?
