Options
Vicki's Bean Soup
1 15 o. can of black beans
1-2 cans of chicken broth or equal amount of bouillon
1 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 4.5 oz. can of green chilis
Put this in a pot & simmer a few minutes. Then blend with a hand held or regular blender or food processor but don't puree completely, leave some of it a little chunky.
If you have room for the calories top with a dollop of sour cream.
