IDK! :laugh: If you have the can still look at how many servings are in the can then divide the chips up. I'm guessing it's somewhere around 8-14 chips.

It's normal for one side of the body to have more strength and agility than the other. Just keep practicing. :) You can modify the side plank and move your bottom knee forward toward your chest to help with balance. Just move it a little further down each time. :)

Ohh yeah someone mentioned weights. You CAN do it without weights, but to see results you need them. I started with 3's and 5's, now when I do it I use 8's and 12's :smile: You can find weights cheap used or believe it or not Target has good $$ on weights!

Sure! It's different than those activities though. The program really is designed so that anyone with just about any fitness level can do the exercises. If the moves are too difficult you can modify them. Have fun!

Agree. What many people don't realize genetics role with nutrition. I'm sorry you got such bad news. Do what you can to get things back on track. In your situation I would recommend working closely with an R.D.

agree, I've been using it for a few months now... It's amazing. Also great for legs. I was trying on a hallowwn costume and my husband said " Daaaaamn your legs are burley ripped" :laugh: I've done a lot of Jillian DVD's and workouts, but I'd much rather Butt Bible :wink: Exercise on demand. it's free.

After a few workouts (are you using a HRM?) You will get an avg. burn. Try to use that to estimate your calories and PLAN your day out. Eat your calories BEFORE if you aren't hungry after.
