So I was sitting there *kitten* away yesterday, and out of nowhere, massive headache! I couldn't even finish. Anyone else get *kitten* headaches?

    deletion is imminent....lol

but as for the original subject...I get headaches all the time, but obviously not doing what you were doing when they happen...

in fact I have a nagging right-temple throb right now, and I HAVE already had my coffee so it's not caffeine withdrawal...

Fortunately I can say no. That would just suck in a really bad way.

Huh, that's usually what I do to get rid of headaches. Boo.

Are you getting enough water? Sounds too simple, but lack of water is responsible for the greatest number of headaches. And it doesn't take being very low of fluid to get one.

But if the headaches strike suddenly and happen again, maybe you should see your doctor.

Also, sitting at the computer can cause spine or neck issues which can result in a headache.

I'm not a medical person, just speaking from experience.
